Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of process.co, including our website, products, and services. By using process.co, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms that apply to specific features or services.

You must read and agree to these Terms before using our services. If you use process.co on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by users you invite or authorize.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected technology, or use the services to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of the services creates risk or violates these Terms.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content, data, prompts, files, and other materials you submit to the services. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use customer content to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the services.
5. AI and service outputs
The services may generate, summarize, classify, or transform information using automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your use case.
6. Fees and payment
If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. We may change pricing with notice where required.
7. Intellectual property
process.co and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, design, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-party services
The services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, process.co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold process.co harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or if continued access would expose us or others to legal or security concerns.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to process.co, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or venue identified in a separate written agreement, or otherwise in a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
